Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive theatre ecosystem in Victoria by promoting artistic excellence, fostering collaboration, and championing equity, diversity, and inclusion. We advocate for cultural spaces and government support, partner with like-minded organizations, secure resources to sustain our community, and celebrate achievements through annual awards.

The Victoria Theatre Collective was formed:

• Grow interest, skill, and a thriving Victoria theatre community.
• Connect the community through communication and collaboration.
• Include and champion diversity and equity among Victoria’s theatre artists.
• Celebrate community success through annual theatre awards.
• Advocate for space, funding, and public support of local theatre.
